“Hungry For Hope” New Album is a Tribute to ED Recovery
This project has been in the making for several years, and I’m thrilled to finally share it with you! H4H is a collection of songs inspired by my journey of recovering from an eating disorder. I’ve included songs that tell parts of my own story as well as the stories of many brave women and men whom I’ve met along the recovery path. There are even a couple of songs from Girl Invisible included on this project because they are important pieces of the puzzle. A portion of every album sold will be donated to eating disorder recovery organizations, starting with Renewed based here in Nashville. Please reserve your advance copy of the album now and support the prevention and treatment of these life-threatening disorders.
Operation Song on NPR

I feel privileged to be part of this amazing program created by Nashville hit songwriter, Bob Reagan. Operation Song supports the emotional recovery of military veterans and their families. For the past three years, I’ve had the honor of creating songs with courageous female veterans. It’s an incredibly healing & cathartic experience for us all. NPR was kind enough to cover the story, so you can check it out here. http://nashvillepublicradio.org/post/nashvilles-va-songwriting-therapy-sexual-assault-military#stream/0
